Project Monitoring, Evaluation & Review

We provide our clients with routine and on-going monitoring of projects using reputable management software such as the Microsoft (MS) Project. We employ MS Project and related software to determine: (1) estimated best and worst case scenario durations of tasks; (2) work breakdown structure; (3) sequence of tasks and organization; (4) earmarked critical tasks, and project milestones; (5) earned value analysis; (6) logical relationships between tasks and resources; and (7) constraints categorized into flexible, moderate, and inflexible. Aspects of on-going project monitoring and evaluation include network analysis to establish critical paths by identifying tasks that have zero slack time. Thus, providing crucial advice for the smooth running of the project. Network analysis enables known and unknown risks to be eliminated before they occur in a project.
